Trade-offs in Product Management

Just because you can add that feature, doesn't always mean you should have it.

While developing a product, the engineers in the team would always be capable of adding more functionalities than the users actually need. But sometimes in the real world, less is more!

You can add a feature is one thing and the user segment will actually find value in that feature is another. If these two things do not align, we should rather consider not having that feature!
